License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

You do not acquire ownership rights to the App or its content.

Restrictions

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including trademarks, logos, text, maps, graphics, and design, remain with Rides Beyond Borders or its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of the App or its content.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. You assume all risks associated with using the App, including reliance on routes, maps, and live updates.

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics). By using the App, you also agree to comply with their terms of service.

If you contribute content to the App (such as tips or reviews), you agree to be respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates our guidelines without notice.

We may provide updates or improvements to the App (including bug fixes, patches, or new features). This Agreement applies to all such updates unless stated otherwise.

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without liability.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted in the App with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
